5.1 Candidates
We collect your data from the moment you enter or leave your details on our website, are contacted by our consultant and register, or otherwise apply or are registered to use our services. We may also collect data from you if you have posted it on public resources that might indicate your interest in our services.
In that case, we will approach you whether you are interested in registering with us in accordance with our terms and conditions and subject to this Privacy Policy. The storage period of this data is set at 2 years.
5.2 Business contacts
We record the contact data of contact persons of prospects, customers, relations and suppliers in our CRM system in order to safeguard contact data.
6. Why do we collect your personal data?
6.1 Candidate
In general, we collect and process your data through the website or through own addition with prior consent of the data subject for the performance of our services. For these services, we specifically require information in order to:
Providing you with offers and/or information about the services and other activities and tailoring them better to your needs and qualities.
To approach you for commercial offers, newsletters and promotional campaigns that may be of interest to you, only if you have signed up for these (opt-in);
To be able to assess your suitability and availability in connection with mediation for permanent or temporary work or an assignment, whereby use can also be made of test results, reference checks, social media (if this is relevant to the position and is indicated in the vacancy text) and possibly other sources.
To establish and maintain a mediation relationship with you and carry out the relevant administration for this;
To be able to record an assignment with the client in an agreement with the client and to maintain and fulfill the agreement with the client;
For compliance with laws and regulations if we have entered into a mediation relationship with you;

7.1 Candidates
We process the personal data necessary for our services; some of this data is mandatory to use our services. Additional data may be desirable to better tailor our services to your needs and qualities or to meet more specific questions or obligations from clients. You are responsible for accuracy and relevance of the data you provide.
SportSpecifiq only records special personal data if necessary to fulfill its legal obligations, to the extent that consent has been given, or if otherwise permitted by or under the law.
7.2 Contact persons of business relations
We process the names, contact details (email and phone number) and functions of contact persons of business relations.
8. With whom may we share your personal data (candidates, flex workers, self-employed workers)?
8.1 Candidates.
SportSpecifiq may disclose your personal data to other SportSpecifiq entities, its clients, subcontractors (e.g. data processors) providing services or performing assignments on behalf of the controller, suppliers, government agencies and other business associates. And in all other cases in which we may be required to do so, for example by a court order or court judgment.
The provision of personal data is made on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or for the performance of the agreement in accordance with the purposes mentioned under “Why do we collect your personal data?”.
Your personal data will only be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). SportSpecifiq ensures security through appropriate technical and rganizational measures on the data provided by you taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing and the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals, which vary in terms of probability and severity.
8.2 Business contact persons.
SportSpecifiq may pass on personal data obtained from its business relations if this is necessary to achieve the objectives for the benefit of the business relation. This data may be passed on to other SportSpecifiq entities and business partners providing services on its behalf, and in any other cases in which SportSpecifiq may be required to do so, for example, by a court order or court judgment.
Personal data may be transferred outside the Netherlands. SportSpecifiq ensures security through appropriate technical and organizational measures on the stored personal data taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context and processing purposes and the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals, which vary in terms of probability and severity.

For both candidates and contact persons of business relations, if they want data to be permanently deleted within SportSpecifiq then you can contact your contact person or via the general telephone number.
12. Right to data portability of your data.
If you wish to transfer your data to another organization you can contact your contact person or via the general telephone number. SportSpecifiq will then collect your data and transfer it to you via secure email.
13. Security
SportSpecifiq makes every effort to optimally secure your personal data against unauthorized processing. SportSpecifiq ensures security through appropriate technical and organizational measures on the data you provide, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing and the varying risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals in terms of probability and severity.
If SportSpecifiq, as data controller, uses processors, SportSpecifiq will draw up a processing agreement with this party prior to processing. This will include at least the same or more stringent security measures as if this data were processed within SportSpecifiq.
